Testing and Accountability's purpose is to provide schools, administrative leaders and key stakeholders with information, research and resources to facilitate data-driven decisions for improving student performance.

Student Services' purpose is to provide support to schools and students to help them meet with success in school, academically, behaviorally and socially.

College Financial Aid and Scholarship info from CFNC

What's New with the FAFSA?

FAFSA Day is Saturday, February 18, 2012. On that day financial aid officers and other trained professionals will be available to help students and their families complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Updates on CFNC resources:

Forgivable Education Loans for Servie (FELS): -- NEW-- Forgivable loans is being provided to qualified North Caorlina residents who are committed to working in North Carolina in identified high-need professions. FELS recipients will sign a promissory note agreeing to work in North Carolina in their approved fields of study.

Gold LEAF Scholarship Program: The Golden LEAF Scholarship program provides support for students who will be incoming freshmen and community college transfers at the state's public universities and private campuses in Fall 2012.
